SHIPPING

• We ship via Australian Air Express for domestic orders. 

• Shipping is free and all items are shipped within 24 hours of ordering and are usually received within 3 business days. 

• We ship via Registered Australia post for international orders.

• Shipping is $9 and all items are shipped within 24 hours of ordering and are usually received within 21 business days. 

• We recommend that all packages are sent to a daytime work address for faster delivery.

• International Shipping Information: Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; SunglassesWarehouse has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; SunglassesWarehouse recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
  
  
  

RETURNS

• We want you to be happy - if your sunglasses don't fit, you want to change them or you're simply not happy with the purchase, you are welcome to send your product back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days to receive an online credit.
  
  
• Please return back to Sunglasses Warehouse, PO BOX 94 Stanhope Gardens NSW 2768 Australia. Returns need to have your full name and date of purchase and must be in full original packaging. Any returns not in this condition will not be accepted and will be resent back to the customer.
  
  
• The online credit is for use on our online store only, and is basically like store credit, these details will be issued to your email address.
  
  
• We will only refund you your monies in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and once assessed.
