All of our items come with a full 24 months warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturer related defects.

Damage caused by misuse, alterations and neglect include lens scratches are not covered by this warranty.

Damage resulting from, but not limited to, dropping, throwing or sitting on, are not covered by this warranty.

Whilst all care is taken to ensure that the screws in your sunglasses are tight, they may loosen with wear. Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure your sunglasses are kept in optimal condition. Neglect or lack of maintenance may cause damage and void the manufacturers warranty.

Process for warranty claims - All warranty claims and enquiries should be first emailed through to customerservice@sunglasseswarehouse.com.au. The email should detail your name, date of purchase, brand and model and details of the issue. You will receive a response within 2 business days advising whether the issue is covered under warranty and if so, a return authorization number and a return checklist which will be emailed to you. This checklist needs to be completed and sent in with your sunglasses to allow us to process your return as quickly as possible.
